This is a quality motherboard with a lot of options for tweaking your performance. I have not used the onboard video since I am using a PCIe card. As others have stated the location of the sata ports is a bit awkward but not really a problem. The only thing i see lacking is a gigabit lan port.

Many quad-core processors are composed of two separate dies, which means some cached data has to travel outside the processor to get from core to core. Thats an inefficient way to access information.
